Spidey and Alfa both now have a fan controller and this is how I did it. Sorry bout the crappy photography...

First gotta get the parts together, get a good lenght of wire, I got 10m, but 5 should do easy. Get 4 3 way switches the kind that stay in place when switched and 2sets of 4 point speaker connectors and a small kit box about the size of a 5 1/4 bay, it helps to get one of your old drive covers for the construction I ended up having to use it for the controller as the case is curved as you can see.

You will also need a drill and a couple drill bits, and a soldering iron and some solder, and some heat shrink, and maybe some electrical tape and pliers and a dremmel or hobby saw. You will also need something to test continuity, like a multimeter or just a battery and globe or electric motor...

This is one of the threeway switches, in the curent position contact Bisn't connected to Aor C, in position 3 it connects A and B, completing the circuit, more on this guide at a later date, gotta get some sleep :P
